I did something dumb, and had to contact support, and they very nicely resolved my stupidity. When I first tried syncthing, it didn't have nearly the polish that resilio sync had, but I am sure they both have improved since then. Right now, I use Resilio sync for these reasons : I have already paid for it. These both mean that bugs will probably be fixed faster, since they have a monetary incentive and the resources. They also seem to have more resources, too. Resilio charges for their product on a subscription model (for business).
